i spent 20 years in consulting and corporate leadership, getting really good at achieving, performing, and carrying responsibility.
then a simple question stopped me: why do i actually want this?
i couldn't answer it.
that question started a much deeper exploration of who i was underneath the achievement. it eventually led me to integral coaching, first as work on myself, and ultimately as the work i wanted to do in the world.
what fascinates me now is how easily our identity can become wrapped up in what we do, how well we do it, and what others expect from us.
we spend years learning how to perform, achieve, lead, and carry responsibility. but the more life asks of us, the more important it becomes to know the person carrying all of it.
how you respond to pressure. what you make success and failure mean about you. what keeps you grounded when the outcome isn't yours to control.
that's the work i'm here for.
helping people develop a stronger relationship with themselves so they can meet what's in front of them with greater awareness, capacity, and choice.
and from that place, explore what else might be possible.
