About Me
I spent the past 20 years building a successful career in technology compliance, leading large global teams and navigating high-stakes environments. Along the way, I discovered that what moved me most wasn’t the systems, structures, or products —it was the people.
As a leader, I found deep purpose in supporting others’ growth, helping them navigate challenges with clarity, presence, and care.
A major life event occurred that rocked me to my core and led me to seek out coaching for myself. That turned out to be an experience that changed everything. With the support of my own Integral Coach, I slowed down, looked inward, and reconnected with what mattered most.
That journey didn't just help me heal — it awakened something deeper.
This work isn’t just a profession.
It’s my life's calling.
This work is the most meaningful thing I’ve ever done and I am devoted to it because I know what it’s like to feel stuck—and what’s possible when we move through that with the right support.
